Muster 28/1/2014

Hesperus Muster

  • Mr Cane-Hardy will be away from Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon this week. Mr Paynter, Mr Phillips and Gail will be in charge.
  • It is Junior Div. Debate tonight. Good luck to Philip, Ollie and Ellen.
  • Good luck to the 15A rugby side in the regional final of the NatWest Vase.
  • There are now lots of rehearsals for the school production, 'Little Shop of Horrors'. There are 9 boys in Hesperus involved, please appreciate how busy they will be.

Student of the Week

Our House Scholar, Jack Earl, recommended Rylan Li as Student of the Week for his consistent hard work and dedication to completing work on time and practising his violin and art in his spare time.
Will Owen was also mentioned for his efforts as he stays on top of work, rowing and drama commitments.

Lower Sixth 'Inspirational Person' Presentation

Alex Carr spoke about Bear Grylls and how he has overcome adversary to fulfil his ambitions. Alex spoke clearly, confidently and used humour to make his presentation thoroughly interesting and enjoyable.
