This Weekend
A really busy weekend coming up:
- Scholars Dinner
- Piano Festival
- Rugby VIIs Tournament (Windsor)
- Cinema Trip on Saturday night
- 6 Nations: England v Ireland on Sunday
There are only 5 weeks until the Easter holiday and only 3 weekends in the second half of term. The end of term will be here very quickly so we must ensure we make the most of our time. It is a crucial 5 weeks!
Before half-term we focused on our manners and organisation. These continue to be important but we have a new target for the second half of term:
Win the 100% - Olly Chapman has been asked to lead our training and we will have training runs on a Wednesday morning (7.00) and Friday Central Hour (14.00).
SDCH
If the idea of the 100% is that the students give 100%commitment to getting round the course then any parents taking part are giving 110% as they have already paid the fees and £10 to charity to enter! Could there be at least a house point awarded for each parent completing the run as an added incentive (it might also up the numbers which would improve the charity total )as well as mitigating the mortifying embarrassment of the son or daughter concerned!
