The lessons I've learned.....

From next week the L6 students will speak in Muster about the lessons they've learnt at Pangbourne and offer advice on how to be successful.

As a taste of what's to come here are 6 lessons from US President Barack Obama:
  1. Learn from your Father
  2. Be there for your family
  3. Manage time, Manage yourself
  4. Think
  5. Quit smoking
  6. If you want to avoid disappointing others, don't disappoint yourself
We also heard advice from a number of Upper 6:
  • Alex Carr - Seek help and use all resources available to you
  • Olly Chapman - Take risks with your work - don't be afraid of mistakes
  • Seb Guest - It's never too late to improve, be determined to succeed
  • Stuart McLeish - Revise in a group, it really helps me to learn
  • Charles Guest - Get involved in Pangbourne life, you'll have more fun
  • Will Read - Make mistakes but don't skin a cat (thanks Will!)
