It is a busy first two weeks with golf tournaments, rowing, cricket and tennis all starting immediately. We also have a boarders' trip to Thorpe Park this Sunday and the Hesperus Dinner and College Sunday next week. We have discussed the importance of hard work and exam preparation for all years over the next 10 weeks.
In the Headmaster's assembly the following students were recognised:
- Hugo Dwerryhouse: Grade 5 singing with merit
- Harry Rawsthorne: Full School Colours for contribution to Hockey
- Angus McPhail: 1XI Hockey colours
- Callum Hughes: Who successfully completed an Air Cadets Gliding Scholarship & receives his silver wings!
- Seb Bearn: Completing a power boat course
- Angus McPhail, Alistair Pringle, Harry Rawsthorne & Hugo Harvey: who made significant contributions to the successful Barbados Cricket tour
- Tom Yeulet: Touring Ireland with the nationally selected Independent Schools Barbarians and winning every game.
